Brendan McGuff

Brendan’s experience spans a variety of roles at restaurants such as Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant (Napa, Ca.), New England Pasta Co. (Avon, Ct.), and the Winvian Resort (AAA 10-diamond winner in Morris, Ct). He was also a member of the four-chef team that finished second in the esteemed Grand Cochon 555 competition in 2012 as part of the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Co., placing over celebrity chefs from around the country.
